What is the duration of a day's Hire?
Generally 5-6 hours for day time parties.
Up to 8 hours (possibly overnight at our discretion) for adult parties.
Your delivery and collection times will be fitted in around existing bookings.
Castles must be well lit if used in darkness.

Is there an age limit on who can use the equipment?
We recommend that the smaller castles 8'x8' 10' x 10' and 12'x 12' be used by children up to the age of 14, we provide a 15' x 15' and 18' x 18' castle for children over the age of 14 and adults.

Can your equipment be used indoors?
We only recommend that the smaller castles be used for indoor activity; this also depends on the size of the area and ceiling. The larger castles and simulators are for outdoor activity only.

Can we hire your equipment for more that 1 day?
Subject to availability we will try to accommodate your needs, subject to an additional fee and that the equipment can be kept safe and secure overnight.

On what days can I hire a castle?
Our bouncy castles are available seven days a week, including bank holidays.

What about the weather?
We cannot allow a hire to go ahead if very high winds or thunderstorms are forecast.

Is there a cancellation charge?
Generally cancellations are due to bad weather, so we DO NOT charge for any cancellations, to avoid any disappointment we will try to arrange another suitable day for the hire.
