Can
you set up a bouncy castle on a slope?
Slight slopes are okay. We may need to visit the site to
check it will be safe.
How much room do you need to erect a bouncy castle?
You need to add approx. 6ft to the quoted length of the castle
to allow for the air blower at the back. You need to add about
three feet to the width to allow for movement in the side walls.
Any overhanging trees and prickly bushes need to be pruned back.
Please contact us for advice if you are unsure if a castle will
fit. We may need to visit the site to ensure it is safe.
How
late can I leave it to book?
During the summer months we are very busy, particularly
at weekends, so you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
However, we will accept bookings as late as the same day, so
it always worth a phone call if you do make a last minute decision.
How long do you need to set up and take down a bouncy castle?
About 20 minutes, depending on the access to your home/premises.
What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any
other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc
and that grass, patio areas etc are free of any sharp objects.
We will need access to an electricity power point within 50m.
How do I pay, Is there a deposit?
No deposit required when making the booking, we require payment
for the full amount before set up on the day of hire. We only
accept payment by cash or cheque (with a bankers card) Sorry
we do not accept credit cards.
