1) The Hirer must be over the age of 18 and will be held liable for any damage or loss of equipment.

2) Once the equipment is set up it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as Anne's Bouncy Castles will NOT be held responsible for ANY accidents / injuries caused. It is the hirer's responsibility to have adequate homeowner/tenant insurance or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage.

3) Once the castle has been erected it must not be relocated, as it has been positioned in a location that has been assessed for risk by our personnel.

4) A responsible adult must supervise children on the equipment at all times.

5) Shoes must be removed along with other sharp objects and spectacles; it is also advised that no jewellery be worn whilst on the equipment.

6) No more than 6 children on the smaller castles and 10 children on the larger castles at any one time and it is advised that no mixed age of children be on together to avoid boisterous behaviour and accidents.

7) No climbing, hanging on the walls of the castle or bouncing on the front step.

8) No food, drink or cigarettes to be taken onto the equipment.

9) No silly string, party poppers, spray foam or washing up liquid to be used on the castle.

10) No persons on medication or under the influence of alcohol or drugs to be allowed to use the equipment.

11) Should the equipment fail or deflate for any reason, remove all children immediately.

12) Although a circuit breaker is provided we recommend for your own safety that the equipment is not used in the rain & the electric blower is switched off & kept dry.

13) Never switch the blower on and off while the equipment is in use.

14) No unauthorized persons are allowed to move the equipment or interfere with the electrical or petrol assisted blowers.

15) REMEMBER this equipment is run by electricity, keep cables out of the way and ensure that children do not venture behind the castle.

16) We will only hire our equipment on areas that are clean and clear from any sharp objects and mud / dog muck. This equipment cannot be used on shingle, rocks or stone.

17) If the castle is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer will be liable and asked to pay for the full repair or to clean.

Although there seems a lot of do's & don'ts, by following these terms you are guaranteed to have a safe and fun day!
